Teklif90 — Hesabını silme

Silme geri alınamaz. Hesabın silindiğinde sunucudaki bütün teklifleriniz ve müşteri kayıtlarınız da silinir. Saklamak istediğiniz teklifler varsa önce onları PDF olarak dışa aktarın (teklif → paylaş → PDF).

Hesabı silme talebi

Teklif90'da hesap silme şu an e-posta talebiyle yapılır:

Talebi hesabınızın e-posta adresinden gönderin — hesabın gerçekten size ait olduğunu böyle doğrulayabiliyoruz. Başka bir adresten yazarsanız, doğrulama için hesap adresinize bir e-posta göndeririz.

Talepleri 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırırız; genelde birkaç gün sürer. İşlem bitince aynı adrese bilgi veririz.

Hesabınıza bağlı bütün teklifler ve teklif kalemleri
Hesabınıza bağlı müşteri kayıtları (ad, telefon, adres)

Silinmeyenler

Telefonunuzdaki veriler. İşletme profiliniz, logonuz ve girişsiz oluşturduğunuz teklifler yalnızca cihazınızda durur; bunlara sunucudan erişemeyiz. Onları silmenin yolu uygulamayı kaldırmaktır.
Kendi gönderdiğiniz belgeler. WhatsApp'tan veya e-postayla müşterinize gönderdiğiniz PDF'ler artık karşı taraftadır; onları geri alamayız.

Yedeklerden tamamen çıkması 30 günü bulabilir.

Silmek yerine

Sadece bir teklifi kaldırmak istiyorsanız hesabınızı silmenize gerek yok: ana ekranda o teklifin yanındaki çöp kutusu simgesiyle tek tek silebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı hesapsız kullanmak isterseniz Hesap → Çıkış yap yeterlidir; hesabınız durur, yeni teklifleriniz yalnızca cihazda tutulur.

Teklif90 — Deleting your account

Deletion cannot be undone. When your account goes, every quote and customer record stored on the server goes with it. If you want to keep any quote, export it as a PDF first (quote → share → PDF).

Requesting deletion

Account deletion for Teklif90 is currently handled by email request:

Subject: Teklif90 account deletion request

Send it from the email address of your account so we can verify it is yours. If you write from another address, we will email your account address to confirm.

We action requests within 30 days, usually within a few days, and confirm by email when it is done.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in details (the Supabase Authentication record)
Every quote and quote line under your account
Customer records under your account (name, phone, address)
Your AI usage allowance counter

What is not deleted

Data on your phone. Your business profile, logo and any quotes made while signed out live only on the device; we cannot reach them from the server. Uninstalling the app removes them.
Documents you already sent. PDFs sent to a customer over WhatsApp or email are with them now; we cannot take those back.

Full removal from backups can take up to 30 days.

Instead of deleting

To remove just one quote you do not need to delete your account — use the bin icon next to it on the home screen. To keep using the app without an account, Account → Sign out is enough: the account stays, and new quotes are kept on the device only.
