- Hesabımı sil'e dokun.
- E-posta ile kayıtlıysan güvenlik için şifreni gir. Anonim kullanıyorsan şifre sorulmaz.
- Evet, hesabımı sil'i onayla.
İşlem birkaç saniye sürer ve biter bitmez hesabın gitmiş olur.
Yol 2 — E-posta ile talep
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan (telefonu kaybettiysen, uygulamayı sildiysen) talebini bize yaz:

Mesajına hesabının e-posta adresini ekle. Hesabını doğrulayabilmemiz için talebi kayıtlı e-posta adresinden göndermen gerekir.
Anonim hesaplar e-postayla silinemez. Anonim bir hesabın kimliği yalnızca o cihazda durur ve bize onu bulmamızı sağlayacak hiçbir bilgi ulaşmaz — bu bilinçli bir tasarım. Anonim hesap ancak uygulama içinden (Yol 1) silinebilir.
Silinen veriler
- Hesabın ve giriş bilgilerin (Firebase Authentication kaydı)
- Profil kaydın: e-posta, görünen ad, kayıt tarihi
- Haritaya eklediğin bütün noktalar — üzerlerindeki yorum ve doğrulamalarla birlikte
- Başkalarının noktalarına yazdığın yorumlar (o noktanın puan ortalamasından da düşülür)
- Yaptığın bütün doğrulamalar (o noktaların güven puanından da düşülür) ve kaydedilmiş koordinatların
- Google kayıtları için gönderdiğin şikâyetler
- Açtığın cemaat çağrıları; katıldığın çağrılardan da kimliğin çıkarılır
Silinmeyen veriler
- Çökme kayıtları. Firebase Crashlytics'e giden teknik hata dökümleri hesabına bağlı değildir ve 90 gün sonra kendiliğinden düşer.
- Başkalarının senin eklediğin noktaya yazdıkları. Nokta silindiği için onlar da gider — ama bunlar senin verin değil, o kullanıcıların verisidir.
Silmek yerine
Yalnızca eklediğin bir noktayı kaldırmak istiyorsan hesabını silmene gerek yok: o noktanın detay ekranından tek başına silebilirsin.
Sajda — Deleting your account
Option 1 — From inside the app (immediate)
- Open Sajda.
- Tap the round button at the top left of the map to open Profile.
- Scroll to the Account section at the bottom.
- Tap Delete my account.
- If you signed up with an email, enter your password. Anonymous accounts are not asked for one.
- Confirm with Yes, delete my account.
It takes a few seconds, and your account is gone as soon as it finishes.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you cannot reach the app — lost phone, app uninstalled — write to us:

Subject: Sajda account deletion request
Include the email address of your account. Send the request from that same address so we can verify it is yours.
Anonymous accounts cannot be deleted by email. An anonymous identity lives only on that device and nothing reaches us that would let us find it — that is deliberate. An anonymous account can only be deleted from inside the app (Option 1).
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in details (the Firebase Authentication record)
- Your profile record: email, display name, sign-up date
- Every place you added to the map, along with the reviews and verifications left on them
- Reviews you wrote on other people's places — and their rating is taken back out of that place's average
- Every verification you made — and it is taken back out of that place's trust score — together with the coordinates recorded with it
- Reports you filed against Google-sourced listings
- Congregation calls you opened; your identifier is also removed from ones you joined
What is not deleted
- Crash reports. The technical stack traces sent to Firebase Crashlytics are not linked to your account and expire on their own after 90 days.
- What other people wrote on a place you added. It goes when the place goes — but it was their data, not yours.
Instead of deleting
If you only want to remove a place you added, you do not need to delete your account: you can delete that place on its own from its detail screen.
