1. Hangi verileri işliyoruz

a) Araç ve bakım kayıtların

Uygulamaya girdiğin her şey: plaka, marka/model, kilometre, bakım türü, tarih, tutar, notlar ve hatırlatma ayarların. Ayrıca yakıt takibi için girdiğin dolum kayıtları: kilometre sayacı değeri, alınan miktar, ödenen tutar, yakıt cinsi ve istasyon notu. Bunların hepsi yalnızca cihazının uygulama alanında saklanır (yerel Hive veritabanı). Bu veriler bize hiç ulaşmaz, bir buluta yedeklenmez, başka cihazla eşitlenmez.

Plaka bilgisi senin yazdığın serbest bir metindir; bir araç tescil sistemiyle doğrulanmaz ve hiçbir yere gönderilmez.

b) Bildirimler

Muayene, sigorta ve bakım hatırlatmaları cihazının kendi yerel bildirim sistemiyle planlanır. Bildirimler cihazdan çıkmaz, bir sunucudan gönderilmez (push bildirim kullanılmaz). Bildirim izni yalnızca sen tarih bazlı bir hatırlatma kurduğunda istenir.

c) Dışa aktarma ve yedekleme

CSV dışa aktarma (Pro) ve JSON yedekleme (Pro+) özellikleri, verilerini cihazında bir dosyaya yazar ve cihazının paylaşım penceresini açar. Dosyayı nereye göndereceğine yalnızca sen karar verirsin; biz bu dosyayı görmez, bir yere yüklemeyiz. Geri yükleme için seçtiğin dosya da yalnızca cihazda okunur.

d) Reklamlar (Google AdMob) — sadece ücretsiz sürümde

Basic (ücretsiz) sürüm, Google AdMob ile banner, geçiş ve ödüllü reklam gösterir. Reklamları sunmak, sıklığını sınırlamak, ölçmek ve sahtekârlığı önlemek için AdMob SDK'sı şu verileri işleyebilir ve Google ile paylaşır:

• Reklam kimliği ve diğer cihaz tanımlayıcıları,
• Cihaz bilgileri (model, işletim sistemi sürümü, dil, ülke),
• Yaklaşık konum (IP adresinden çıkarılan; hassas/GPS konum değil),
• Uygulama etkinliği (reklam gösterimi ve etkileşimi).

Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı ve Birleşik Krallık'taki kullanıcılara ilk açılışta Google'ın onay formu (UMP) gösterilir; kişiselleştirilmiş reklam tercihini oradan belirlersin ve daha sonra Ayarlar → Reklam tercihlerim ile değiştirebilirsin. Bu veriler Google tarafından, sunucuları büyük olasılıkla Türkiye dışında olduğu için yurt dışında işlenir. Ayrıntı: AdMob veri kullanımı ve Google'ın reklam politikası.

Pro veya Pro+ satın alındığında reklam SDK'sı hiç reklam istemez ve yukarıdaki veri işleme durur.

e) Satın almalar (Google Play Billing)

Pro ve Pro+ tek seferlik satın almalardır ve Google Play üzerinden gerçekleşir. Ödeme kartı, fatura adresi gibi bilgiler doğrudan Google'a gider; uygulama bunları görmez, saklamaz. Uygulamanın Google Play'den öğrendiği tek şey, hangi ürünün satın alınmış olduğudur; bu bilgi cihazda saklanır ve özelliklerin açılması için kullanılır. İadeler ve fatura sorunları Google Play üzerinden yürütülür.

f) Toplamadıklarımız

Ad, e-posta, telefon numarası, rehber/kişiler, hassas (GPS) konum, mikrofon, kamera, takvim, SMS, arama geçmişi, ödeme/finansal hesap bilgisi, sağlık verisi. Bunların hiçbirine erişim izni istemiyoruz. Girdiğin bakım ve yakıt tutarları bir banka ya da ödeme verisi değildir; onları sen yazarsın ve cihazından çıkmaz.

2. Verinin nerede tutulduğu

• Cihazında: tüm araçların, bakım kayıtların, yakıt dolumların ve hatırlatmaların. Uygulamayı kaldırdığında bunlar cihazla birlikte silinir.
• Google (AdMob): yalnızca 1-d'de sayılan reklam verileri, yalnızca ücretsiz sürümde; Google'ın altyapısında, yurt dışında.
• Google Play: satın alma kaydı; Google'ın altyapısında.

3. Üçüncü taraflar

• Google AdMob — reklam sunumu ve ölçümü (yalnızca ücretsiz sürüm). policies.google.com/privacy
• Google Play Billing — satın alma işlemleri. policies.google.com/privacy

Verilerini satmıyoruz. Reklam ve satın alma dışında hiçbir üçüncü tarafa veri aktarmıyoruz.

4. Ne kadar süre saklanır

• Araçların, bakım kayıtların ve yakıt dolumların, sen silene veya uygulamayı kaldırana kadar cihazında kalır.
• AdMob'un işlediği reklam verileri ve Google Play'in satın alma kayıtları Google'ın kendi saklama sürelerine tabidir.

5. Haklarının kullanımı ve veri silme

Tüm verin cihazında olduğu için kontrol tamamen sende:

• Tek bir kaydı silmek için kaydı aç ve üstteki çöp kutusu simgesine dokun.
• Bir aracı silmek, o araca bağlı tüm bakım ve yakıt kayıtlarını da siler.
• Her şeyi tek seferde silmek için Ayarlar → Tüm verileri sil. Uygulamayı kaldırmak da yeterlidir.
• Hesap olmadığı için silinecek bir çevrimiçi hesap yoktur.
• Kişiselleştirilmiş reklamı sınırlamak için Ayarlar → Reklam tercihlerim (AB/İngiltere) veya cihazının Ayarlar → Gizlilik → Reklamlar bölümünden reklam kimliğini sıfırlayabilirsin.

6. Çocuklar

Garajım araç sahipleri için bir bakım takip aracıdır ve 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir; bilerek onlardan veri toplamaz.

7. Değişiklikler

Bu politika değişirse yukarıdaki "son güncelleme" tarihi güncellenir. Uygulamanın işlediği veri türünü genişleten bir değişiklik olursa uygulama içinde de duyurulur.

1. What we process

a) Your vehicle and maintenance records

Everything you enter: plate, make/model, odometer, service type, date, cost, notes and your reminder settings. Also the fuel fill-ups you log: odometer reading, amount, price paid, fuel type and station note. All of it is stored only in your device's app storage (a local Hive database). This data never reaches us, is not backed up to any cloud and is not synced to another device.

The plate is free text you type yourself; it is not checked against any vehicle registry and is never uploaded.

b) Notifications

Inspection, insurance and service reminders are scheduled with your device's own local notification system. Notifications never leave the device and are not sent from a server (no push notifications). Notification permission is requested only when you set a date-based reminder.

c) Export and backup

CSV export (Pro) and JSON backup (Pro+) write your data to a file on your device and open your device's share sheet. You alone decide where that file goes; we never see or upload it. A file you pick for restore is likewise read only on the device.

d) Ads (Google AdMob) — free tier only

The Basic (free) tier shows banner, interstitial and rewarded ads via Google AdMob. To serve, cap, measure and protect ads from fraud, the AdMob SDK may process and share with Google:

• Advertising ID and other device identifiers,
• Device information (model, OS version, language, country),
• Approximate location (derived from IP address; not precise/GPS location),
• App activity (ad impressions and interactions).

Users in the EEA and the UK are shown Google's consent form (UMP) on first launch; you set your personalised-ads preference there and can change it later via Settings → Ad preferences. This data is processed by Google outside your country, since its servers are most likely not in Türkiye. Details: AdMob data usage and Google's advertising policy.

Once Pro or Pro+ is purchased the ad SDK requests no ads at all and the processing above stops.

e) Purchases (Google Play Billing)

Pro and Pro+ are one-time purchases handled by Google Play. Payment card and billing details go directly to Google; the app never sees or stores them. The only thing the app learns from Google Play is which product you own; that is stored on the device and used to unlock features. Refunds and billing issues are handled through Google Play.

f) What we do not collect

Name, email, phone number, contacts, precise (GPS) location, microphone, camera, calendar, SMS, call history, payment/financial account details, health data. We request no permission for any of these. The service and fuel amounts you type are not bank or payment data; you write them yourself and they never leave your device.

2. Where data is held

• On your device: all your vehicles, maintenance records, fuel fill-ups and reminders. Removed with the app when you uninstall it.
• Google (AdMob): only the ad-related data listed in 1-d, and only on the free tier; on Google's infrastructure, outside your country.
• Google Play: your purchase record; on Google's infrastructure.

3. Third parties

• Google AdMob — ad serving and measurement (free tier only). policies.google.com/privacy
• Google Play Billing — purchase processing. policies.google.com/privacy

We never sell your data and transfer it to no third party other than for ads and purchases.

4. Retention

• Your vehicles, maintenance records and fuel fill-ups stay on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app.
• Ad data processed by AdMob and purchase records held by Google Play are subject to Google's own retention periods.

5. Your rights and deleting data

Since all your data is on the device, you are fully in control:

• To delete a single record, open it and tap the bin icon at the top.
• Deleting a vehicle also deletes every maintenance record and fuel entry linked to it.
• To delete everything at once use Settings → Delete all data. Uninstalling the app also works.
• There is no online account to delete.
• To limit personalised ads use Settings → Ad preferences (EEA/UK) or reset your advertising ID from your device's Settings → Privacy → Ads.

6. Children

Garajım is a maintenance tracker for vehicle owners and is not directed at children under 13; it does not knowingly collect data from them.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above changes with it. Any change that widens the kind of data the app processes is also announced inside the app.
