1. Hangi verileri işliyoruz

a) Oyun ilerlemesi

Oyun günü, kasa, yükseltmeler, dükkânına verdiğin ad ve ses/müzik/titreşim ayarların cihazındaki bir kayıt dosyasında tutulur. Bu dosya cihazından çıkmaz; biz bu verilere erişemeyiz. Dükkân adına kişisel bilgi yazmamanı öneririz.

b) Reklamlar (Google AdMob)

Oyun ödüllü reklamlar (ör. gün sonu +%50 kazanç, müşteriyi geri çağırma), "Sonraki Gün" geçişinde geçiş reklamları ve ana menü / gün sonu / dükkân ekranlarında banner reklamlar gösterir. Google AdMob SDK'sı reklamları sunmak, ölçmek ve sahtekârlığı önlemek için şunları işleyebilir ve Google ile paylaşır: reklam kimliği ve diğer cihaz tanımlayıcıları, cihaz bilgileri, yaklaşık konum (IP'den; GPS değil), reklam etkileşimleri ve uygulama etkinliği, tanılama verileri. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, İngiltere ve İsviçre'de reklamlardan önce rıza formu gösterilir; seçimini oyunda Ayarlar → Gizlilik bölümünden değiştirebilirsin. Ayrıntı: AdMob veri kullanımı.

c) Uygulama içi satın alma (Google Play Faturalandırma)

"Usta Paketi" isteğe bağlı, tek seferlik bir satın almadır. Ödeme Google Play tarafından alınır ve işlenir; ad, kart veya fatura bilgilerin bize ulaşmaz. Oyun yalnızca Google Play'den satın almanın durumunu (ürün kimliği, sipariş onayı) alır ve paketin açık olduğunu cihazında saklar. Uygulamayı yeniden kurarsan paket, aynı Google hesabıyla mağazadan geri yüklenir. Ayrıntı: Google Payments gizlilik bildirimi.

d) Toplamadıklarımız

Gerçek ad, e-posta, telefon numarası, rehber, hassas (GPS) konum, kamera, mikrofon, fotoğraflar, takvim, SMS. Bunların hiçbirine erişim izni istemiyoruz.

2. Verinin nerede tutulduğu

• Cihazında: oyun kaydın (1-a).
• Google AdMob: 1-b'deki reklam verileri, Google altyapısında.
• Google Play: 1-c'deki satın alma kayıtları, Google hesabında.

3. Üçüncü taraflar

Verilerini satmıyoruz.

4. Ne kadar süre saklanır

• Cihazındaki kayıt, oyunda Ayarlar → İlerlemeyi Sıfırla dediğinde ya da uygulamayı kaldırdığında silinir.
• Reklam verileri Google'ın kendi saklama sürelerine tabidir.

5. Veri silme

Oyunda hesap olmadığı için bizde silinecek bir hesap veya sunucu kaydı yoktur. Tüm oyun verilerini Ayarlar → İlerlemeyi Sıfırla ile ya da uygulamayı kaldırarak silebilirsin. Reklam kimliğini cihazının Ayarlar → Gizlilik → Reklamlar bölümünden sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsin. Sorular için: eesydev@gmail.com.

6. Çocuklar

Oyun 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamaz.

7. Değişiklikler

Bu politika değişirse yukarıdaki "son güncelleme" tarihi güncellenir; işlenen veri türünü genişleten değişiklikler oyun içinde de duyurulur.

1. What we process

a) Game progress

Your game day, cash, upgrades, the name you give your shop and your sound/music/vibration settings are kept in a save file on your device. This file never leaves your device and we have no access to it. Please do not put personal information in your shop name.

b) Ads (Google AdMob)

The game shows rewarded ads (e.g. +50% end-of-day earnings, calling back a customer), interstitial ads when moving to the next day, and banner ads on the main menu, end-of-day and shop screens. To serve, measure and protect ads, the Google AdMob SDK may process and share with Google: advertising ID and other device identifiers, device information, approximate location (from IP; not GPS), ad interactions and app activity and diagnostics. Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland see a consent form before ads and can change their choice in Settings → Privacy in the game. Details: AdMob data usage.

c) In-app purchase (Google Play Billing)

The "Master Pack" (Usta Paketi) is an optional, one-time purchase. Payment is taken and processed by Google Play; your name, card or billing details never reach us. The game only receives the purchase status from Google Play (product ID, order confirmation) and stores on your device that the pack is unlocked. If you reinstall, the pack is restored from the store with the same Google account. Details: Google Payments privacy notice.

d) What we do not collect

Real name, email, phone number, contacts, precise (GPS) location, camera, microphone, photos, calendar, SMS. We request no permission for any of these.

2. Where data is held

• On your device: your save file (1-a).
• Google AdMob: the ad data in 1-b, on Google's infrastructure.
• Google Play: the purchase records in 1-c, in your Google account.

3. Third parties

• Google AdMob — ads. policies.google.com/privacy
• Google Play Billing — in-app purchase. policies.google.com/privacy

We never sell your data.

4. Retention

• The save on your device is deleted when you choose Settings → Reset Progress in the game or uninstall the app.
• Ad data follows Google's own retention periods.

5. Data deletion

The game has no accounts, so we hold no account or server record to delete. You can erase all game data with Settings → Reset Progress or by uninstalling the app. You can reset or delete your advertising ID from your device's Settings → Privacy → Ads. Questions: eesydev@gmail.com.

6. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date changes with it; changes that widen the data processed are also announced in the game.
